Concord Office Grand Opening!

PRUDENTIAL VERANI REALTY CELEBRATES THE GRAND OPENING OF ITS NEW CONCORD OFFICE

Prudential Verani Realty’s Concord office, now in its new location, is celebrating its Grand Opening with an Open House on February 2nd from 3 – 6:00 p.m.

The new location is at 143 N. Main St.; Suite 103 in Concord. The previous location was at 87 South Main. An increase in the number of agents working for Prudential Verani Realty and additional customer traffic necessitated the move to a larger facility.

Concord Regional Manager, Kathy Lee, says, “After months of searching for an office space that would meet all our needs of space, location, visibility and signage, we found our new home at 143 North Main Street or otherwise known as the Stewart Nelson Plaza.  Our space requirements had changed as a result of the growth of the office over the past three years.  So, with this new location we are expecting continued growth and success.“

Lee also added that one of the most important considerations in locating our new office at the Stewart Nelson building was the generous availability of parking – a very precious commodity in Concord.

In past years Prudential Verani Realty’s production in sold units has gone from being #6 in Merrimack County to now being ranked #2 in overall units sold with only the Concord location actually in the county.*
