Did you know that all real estate listings are subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968?

This Act makes it illegal to have “any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin, or an intention to make any such preference, limitation or discrimination.”

The Multiple Listing Service will not knowingly accept any listings for real estate which is in violation of the law. The members of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors makes listings available on an equal opportunity basis.
