We’re Excited To Welcome Debbie Kelley To The Verani Family!

Debbie has been surrounded by real estate for the past 30 years in a variety of forms. Most recently working alongside her husband, who is a builder/developer, they are currently building an 85 home neighborhood at Weirs Beach. They also own several apartment buildings which Debbie is responsible for managing.

Although there are very few dull moments in their family business, Debbie decided that she was ready for something more challenging. “I am ready to expand my own career. I am a people person. I enjoy interacting with others, helping people succeed and finding creative, out-of-the-box solutions.” said Debbie. “With my existing experience in building and managing properties, not only will the transition into becoming an agent be natural, but my clients will benefit from my knowledge of the industry.” added Debbie.

Prior to real estate, Debbie was an educator at the Deerfield Community School. Initially teaching First Grade, she then moved to Seventh Grade Literacy. Today, she still gives back to the community as a newly elected member of the Deerfield School Board as well as a member of the Deerfield Fair Association.

This summer, Debbie is excited to celebrate her 34th wedding anniversary with her husband! Her family is her true pride and joy. They have four wonderful children who have all gone on to create their own homes and families. And this year, their family tree continued to flourish as they recently welcomed their sixth grandchild into the family! “Spoiling my grandbabies is one of my favorite hobbies!” Debbie said with a smile.

In her free time Debbie is a busy lady! Summing up her activities she enjoys: photography, photo walks, traditional rug hooking (belongs to the White Mountain Woolen Magic Rug Hooking Guild), her town’s Park and Rec Department Boot Camp, running 5K’s, walking for the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Walk, biking, hiking, getting lost in a good book, authoring two different blogs, bowling, cheering on the Boston Celtics and dancing the night away with her husband! “My husband and I love to dance and would consider crashing a wedding just to get some time on the dance floor.” added Debbie. And most importantly, entertaining and being surrounded by family and friends gives her the most happiness in life!
