Verani Realty Hosts 2013 Annual Ozzie Awards

A Ceremony Unlike Any Other

Prudential Verani Realty (PVR) hosted their Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony this year at the Castleton in Windham NH with a special presentation that celebrated history, camaraderie, success and not to mention a whole lot of fun!

With the “The Best Is Yet To Come” as this year’s theme, Margherita Verani, President, and Giovanni Verani, Vice President, started the morning with a special video which spanned the history of the firm – from the beginning in 1967 when their father Osvaldo Verani started the company with one Associate, to years later when the company grew up to 12 Associates and onto present day where we are now celebrating our 46^th year in business with over 330 Associates!

Each Prudential Verani Regional Office also had the opportunity to get involved in the presentation by creating an Office video that celebrated and shared their camaraderie. From dancing and singing to acting out TV proofs – agents laughed their way throughout the presentation, which of course also covered business related topics, market share and strategies.

“Many people have viewed Prudential Verani Realty as a very traditional real estate company – maybe it’s because we’re celebrating 46 years in business or that we have over 330 exceptional Associates? But this year’s Awards Meeting showed everyone we are more creative, more energized, more enthusiastic and more excited than ever about our job and our industry! We believe our culture and business model exist at the right time and place for today’s Realtor®, and both Margherita and I are honored to have such a magnificent group of Associates who call PRV home.” said Giovanni.

The second half of the morning was spent recognizing the top performing Associates in the company. The most prestigious award, referred to as The Ozzie Award (named after company founder Osvaldo “Ozzie” Verani) was presented to the Top 12 Associates in the company. In addition to the Verani Awards, awards from a national level from The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. (PREA) were handed out – Honor Society (31 recipients), Leading Edge Society (20 recipients), President’s Circle (9 recipients), Chairman’s Circle Gold (3 recipients) and Chairman’s Circle Diamond (1 recipient). Broker’s Title & Closing LLC and RMS (Residential Mortgage Services) were also in attendance at the event and handed out several awards to Verani Associates for their dedication to creating successful relationships with their clients.

“We were excited to show our appreciation to our top agents in front of their peers, giving them the much-deserved recognition they earned for their hard work, dedication, commitment, integrity and superior customer service,” said Margherita who ended on a fitting note, “We’ve come a long way – but the best is STILL yet to come!”
