Prudential Verani Realty is pleased to announce that its Londonderry location was the number one office in New Hampshire in 2010 in closed sales volume and units. There are over 1275 Real Estate offices in the state of New Hampshire, and to be #1 is a tremendous accomplishment!

Prudential Verani’s Londonderry office alone equates to 2.7% of the overall sales in New Hampshire, and does not include all the other Prudential Verani offices that collectively make up the number one agency serving southern New Hampshire, including Merrimack, Rockingham and Hillsborough counties. This accomplishment is based on January through December statistics from the Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN) for the state of New Hampshire.
