According to RISMedia’s 2011 Power Broker Report – The Top 300, Prudential Verani Realty ranked 173rd amongst real estate agencies nationally. This was the 23rd Annual Survey conducted by RISMedia, A Leader Of Real Estate Information Systems.

During 2010, there was a continuation of issues and hurdles –foreclosures, REOs, short sales and inflated inventory – which still afflict the current real estate climate.
