We are in celebration of the biggest Woman’s Council of Realtors (WCR) Southern NH Chapter event in recent history! 87 were in attendance in high anticipation of what The Big Dog Panel (the top 5 bank owned property specialists in the state) would have to share. I must admit I am extremely proud, as this was our first event of the year with our new leadership in place, and they did a fabulous job.

I would like to extend a big thank you to my fellow leadership teammates, Janice Geno, Connie Snair, Tiffany Paul, and Diane Johnson! Our panelists were great; professional, informational, and even inspiring to some ready and eager agents in the audience trying to break into the industry of REO properties. I was honored to have the top NH agents sitting on our WCR panel, and want to extend an huge Thank you to them as well!

The top agents were:

1. Peg Walther from Prudential Verani, with 201 units ~ $35m in gross sales.
2. Peggy Kneottner from BHG Marsiello, with 186 units ~ $28m in gross sales.
3. Steve Cotran from Remax Area Network, with 153 units ~ $22m in gross sales.
4. Dawn Harmon from Remax Omega with 132 units ~ $21m in gross sales.
5. Jim Knowlton from Keller Williams with 113 units ~ $15m in gross sales.

These are amazing business owners and leaders of our community and industry. We learned a lot from all of them.
