Prudential Verani Agents Recognized Statewide

On December 2nd, The New Hampshire Board of Realtors awarded Prudential Verani Realty’s Kathy Lee, the President’s Award for all her hard work and dedication to the board. Ms Lee is the Regional Manager for the Concord Prudential Verani Realty Office. Her career has included 25+ years of management. Previously, she managed the production, quality, processes and employees of an Engineering Department. Today, as the Regional Manager for the Concord office, her focus is to empower her associates and to grow their business through knowledge, training, technology, coaching and business planning. She perceives that maintaining a motivational work environment is an essential ingredient in the recipe for growth and success in Real Estate sales. She is a Director on the Concord Board of Realtors and has served as Chairperson for the Public Relations Committee on the board.

The New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors (NHCIBOR) elected Bob Anderson as their 2011 President. Mr. Anderson is associated with the commercial real estate department of Prudential Verani Realty in Portsmouth, NH. Bob spent 23 years in the High Tech business development field prior to starting his Commercial and Investment Real Estate Career in 2002. Running a software development company with a project management, investment and business development background has prepared Bob for helping his Commercial Real Estate clients to realize the full potential of their Investments.

In the nationwide Relocating Employee survey, Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services ranks first in transferee satisfaction.

Prudential Relocation ranks first in transferee satisfactionPrudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) company, ranked first among competitors in net transferee satisfaction in the 16th annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey.

The survey, conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC, is designed to gather and report objective, unbiased evaluations of recently transferred employees’ level of satisfaction with relocation service providers. It solicits comprehensive comments and quantitative information from transferees which helps to establish a standard for measuring relocation services.

“The relocation process can be a taxing experience for transferees and their families,” said Earl Lee, president, Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services. “Our value proposition is simple: We make sure our clients and their transferring employees are informed, confident and at ease with the relocation process from start to finish.”

Real Trends recognizes the 500 largest brokers in the U.S. by closed transactions.

Real Trends surveyAccording to the National Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are about 123,000 real estate brokers in the United States. Of those, Prudential Verani Realty ranked #193!

The purpose of this ranked competition, Real Trends says, is to promote growth and bring out the best in companies. Exciting new technologies are coming out for real estate brokers to use, and those who are connected will prosper. Brokers, sales professionals and housing consumers will all benefit from the new search technologies soon to come. This next wave of Web enabled content will make much of what has come before seem quaint. Prudential Verani is one of those that will benefit, and rise with this new wave!

Verani Agents Peg & Bob Walther Receive PREA 100 Award and Chairman’s Circle Diamond!

Award winners Peg and Bob WaltherBob and Peg Walther (Team Walther) of Prudential Verani Realty were honored with the PREA 100 Award by Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc.

The PREA 100 Award recognizes the top 100 sales professionals or teams in its network of approximately 62,000 associates who achieved the highest residential GCI or closed residential units in 2009. Team Walther ranked #21 in closed residential units and #64 in closed commission income.

The award was presented during special awards ceremonies at the company’s annual Sales Convention in Austin, Texas, which was held on March 7-9, 2010, and was attended by real estate professionals from the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Bob and Peg were also awarded the Prudential’s Chairman’s Circle Diamond, the highest level for this award. Qualification requires a minimum of 150 closed units and/or $750,000 GCI. Team Walther qualified with 225 closed sales and over $1 Million in GCI!

Volunteer Awards Know a Special Volunteer?

Nominate a volunteer who has made a difference! The Spirit of the Seacoast Volunteer Awards seek to recognize the spirit that is community. The award is made possible by Federal Savings Bank’s partnership with the United Way of the Greater Seacoast.

Nominees must be volunteers living or volunteering in Rockingham or Strafford, NH counties, Eliot or Kittery, ME (within the United Way of the Greater Seacoast service area). Volunteers may be nominated in three categories: Youth (under 19), Adult (19 and older), and Group. All must have contributed to someone’s life or to the improvement of his, her, or their community through volunteerism.

The recipient will be acknowledged with an award from the United Way of the Greater Seacoast, $500 from Federal Savings Bank to be given to the Greater Seacoast charity of the recipient’s choice, and special recognition in the media.

Prudential Verani Realty Congratulates Robin Chater on receiving her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.

To earn her ABR Robin completed two buyer-related classes offered by The Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) and completed five transactions in which she had a Buyer Agency with the Client and represented the client in a transaction that is not a disclosed dual agency.

Linda Hutton Receives President’s Award

Linda Hutton recently received the annual President’s Award from the Concord Board of Realtors for her outstanding service to the board and its members.

A long standing member of the Concord Board of Realtors, Linda has served for many years on the New Hampshire Association of Realtors (NHAR) Public Policy Committee and the Board’s Political Action/Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) where she represented the real estate profession through understanding the proposed bills and taking action to see that those in support of real estate become reality.

Educating the members of this board on the importance of supporting our lobbyists is vital and Linda does this tirelessly. She is honored for for knowledge and dedication.
