Melissa is a dedicated, passionate, and energetic “people person” with experience in the marketing, teaching, and restaurant industries. When asked why she chose Verani to start her real estate career, Melissa responded, “I chose Verani Realty because of its history, reputation, and the support and training for their agents. As a brand new agent at Verani I feel that I have all of the tools I need to be successful, and great mentors to follow.” She wants to focus on the creativity she gained from her marketing experience, time management from her restaurant experience, and her patience from teaching to assist clients through purchasing and selling homes.

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys creative craft projects, baking, reading, and training/running 5K races. Melissa works by the phrase “opening doors to home ownership.”

Kendra always knew she would end up getting involved with the real estate industry. She worked in sales and marketing for her entire professional career so the transition into real estate felt completely natural. Kendra’s experience originated from working for her family’s business, King Chevrolet Oldsmobile, in Exeter, NH. She also held a position as a Marketing Representative for Key Partners Inc. in North Hampton, NH. Her current work has brought her back to Exeter where she manages two commercial properties.

Being a new agent, Kendra was instantly drawn to Verani Realty because of the company’s presence in New England and the opportunities available to help jump start her new career. Being involved in her own family’s business, she values the great story behind the agency. Also, the offices provide a nurturing environment that is geared towards a team approach.

Kendra is interested in working with new home buyers, as well as those who are looking to upsize or downsize. With the market on the upswing, she is excited to connect with new customers and assist them on finding the home of their dreams whether that is a cozy lakeside cottage, a newly constructed home, or a peaceful waterfront property.

Kendra’s creative personality drove her to start her own stained glass business where she specializes in unique wedding keepsakes. She has been involved with the craft for over twenty years and is passionate about designing new pieces of art. On a musical note, Kendra is a pianist and can happily play for hours, she plans on putting this same enthusiasm and passion into her work with real estate.

Michele came to Verani from the Shanley Realtors team, where she spent many years building strong relationships with both her clients and peers. When she found herself in a position where she needed to look for a new agency, Michele was nervous that she wouldn’t find a team that functioned the same. She ended up meeting with Cindy Winthrop, the Verani Portsmouth manager, who instantly made her feel welcomed. Her fears were immediately set aside, and Michele’s excitement about the new opportunities available to her to expand her knowledge and grow her business landed her at Verani.

After 7 years of nursing school and 18 years of working intensive care, Michele decided on a career change.  To her surprise, there were many similarities between the two professions. Both involve a dynamic work environment, clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and solid relationships with clients based on honesty and understanding. These are all important to being a successful agent and meeting the client’s real estate goals.

Michele has a deep appreciation for New Hampshire’s seacoast community where she has called home for the past 35 years. The environment has inspired her to become actively involved with local organizations, fundraisers, and community events. Her experience in wellness has also driven her to provide volunteer services in relation to health prevention and education. In her personal time, Michele enjoys gardening, various home improvement projects, visiting local shops, and spending time with friends and family.

Sanna has a history in creative interior designing and has served as a staging consultant with a passion for the housing industry. Becoming a real estate agent was the perfect career path for her to combine her interests and talents. Sanna joined Verani Realty because of their reputation in the industry and the quality education programs they offer for new agents.  She is determined to provide excellent service to her clients with their best interest in mind.

Outside of work, Sanna stays busy with the Nashua community and her children’s extra-curricular activities. She was a Toastmasters member where she served as both Treasurer and President. Also, she served 8 years on the Boston Board for Finlandia Foundation where she served as Vice President, President, and is currently Newsletter Editor. Sanna also enjoys traveling and has been to 25 different countries so far!

Steve White stands with GMNBR Affiliate of the Year, Sonia Gauthier

“It is with great pleasure that we announce that Londonderry agent, Steve White was recognized as the 2013 REALTOR^® of the Year by the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS^® (GMNBR)!” said John MacGilvary, regional manager of the Londonderry office.

This award is presented to the REALTOR^® that has truly represented a high standard of service and ethical behavior for the board and REALTOR^® name. “Steve has worked so hard over the last decade, serving the REALTOR^® community, local charities, and clients, while staying dedicated to continuing education and standards of practice” added John.

The award was announced on Thursday, May 9th during a special GMNBR ceremony. Steve was given the award based on several factors, some of which include service to board members, designation, board activity participation, and continued education.

However, the part that “Veranians” see from Steve every day is one of the factors that the GMNBR sets as the highest priority in determining this award’s recipient:

“We look for the value in a person’s REALTOR^® spirit and REALTOR^® ethics as they conduct their business with high principles and faithfulness to our Code of Ethics.”

Steve demonstrated this in his response when asked by Verani agents what receiving this honor meant to him. Frank brings expertise in building and a unique perspective in construction to the Verani Realty team. He started his career in framing, but his true passion lies in building custom homes. As the owner of a successful construction company for over 30 years, and holding a REALTOR® license for the past 21, Frank is fully aware of the relationship between builder and broker.

During his years as a framer, builder, and company owner, he became interested in the idea of dealing with bank owned properties. With his background, he will have no problem adding value and appeal to any property. He understands that sometimes builder and brokers are on different pages; he has a unique talent, not only for seeing both perspectives, but for bringing everyone back together on a plan. His past experiences with clients have given him an understanding of what is most valued in a home.
