Michele came to Verani from the Shanley Realtors team, where she spent many years building strong relationships with both her clients and peers. After 7 years of nursing school and 18 years of working intensive care, Michele decided on a career change.  To her surprise, there were many similarities between the two professions. Michele has a deep appreciation for New Hampshire’s seacoast community where she has called home for the past 35 years. Sanna has a history in creative interior designing and has served as a staging consultant with a passion for the housing industry. Becoming a real estate agent was the perfect career path for her to combine her interests and talents. Sanna joined Verani Realty because of their reputation in the industry and the quality education programs they offer for new agents.  She is determined to provide excellent service to her clients with their best interest in mind.

Outside of work, Sanna stays busy with the Nashua community and her children’s extra-curricular activities. She was a Toastmasters member where she served as both Treasurer and President. Also, she served 8 years on the Boston Board for Finlandia Foundation where she served as Vice President, President, and is currently Newsletter Editor. Frank brings expertise in building and a unique perspective in construction to the Verani Realty team. He started his career in framing, but his true passion lies in building custom homes. As the owner of a successful construction company for over 30 years, and holding a REALTOR® license for the past 21, Frank is fully aware of the relationship between builder and broker.

During his years as a framer, builder, and company owner, he became interested in the idea of dealing with bank owned properties. With his background, he will have no problem adding value and appeal to any property. He understands that sometimes builder and brokers are on different pages; he has a unique talent, not only for seeing both perspectives, but for bringing everyone back together on a plan. His past experiences with clients have given him an understanding of what is most valued in a home.

Michelle’s love affair with real estate began 8 years ago when she started as a loan officer. Before coming to the real estate industry, she earned her degree in psychology form Roger Williams University. Taking a step off the beaten path, she decided to test the skills she learned in sales environments, where she found quickly that it was the best application of her passions and abilities. She found her way into the Verani network in 2010, while working with Tammy Verani, of Residential Mortgage Services. Thanks to Tammy, she gained a strong understanding and affinity of the family dynamic at Verani Realty.

Now, Michelle is moving into the side of the industry that she believes best suits her service industry skills. As a Realtor® she will be able to apply her strong passion for helping people along with her knowledge of the industry and its nuances. Michelle is a New England native, originally from Glastonbury, Connecticut. She now lives in Derry with her husband Sean, whom she met while studying abroad in Florence Italy, and her two children. In her free time, Michelle enjoys getting lost in a good book, writing, and spending time on the New England seacoast. She and her husband share diverse hobbies, both enjoying traveling, history, culture, language, music, and culinary arts.

Brittany has wanted to join the real estate industry for quite some time now. Since 2012 she was a stay-at-home mom, but she felt the time was finally right to get into real estate. Brittany has a large interest in real estate and thinks she will love working in the industry because of her affinity of working with people and because of her interest in real estate.

Before her job as stay-at-home mom, Brittany was an office manager at a financial company in Salem. She has been in the customer service industry since 2001 and she received a large amount of experience dealing with people throughout her career. She will apply her customer service expertise in the Greater Londonderry area.

Besides interacting with other people Brittany loves to travel, her favorite place to visit being Aruba. As much as she loves to travel she also loves spending time with her family and friends, whether they are engaging in some of her favorite hobbies such as cooking or just spending time with them. Mindy has been inspired to get into real estate for more than 5 years. During that time she started a family, but her career was never far from her mind. Mindy has previous experience in sales which has given her the skills needed to successfully negotiate and work with people. Before joining Verani Realty, she was a stay at home mom, bartending a couple nights a week. Being a mom with young kids, Mindy understands the importance of a home. She says “Families want to be confident that the environment in which they are raising their children is comfortable, safe, and nurturing.”

Mindy’s husband, Wayne, works as a Sales Manager for ADEK Technical Sales. Her two children are both in preschool and attend swimming lessons. Her son is involved in lots of sports and her daughter enjoys ballet and tap lessons. During the summer they like spending time at their summer camp in Maine as a family. On the side, Mindy is a board member and Treasurer of Helping People, Helping Pets. The charity helps provide financial support for those who cannot afford veterinary care or pet food. She also volunteers with Meals on Wheels to deliver pet food. Mindy’s family life and involvement in the community help her connect with her clients on a personal level.

Nicole always had a deep interest in Real Estate and after going through the buying process with a fellow Verani agent last July, she was motivated to finally get her license. Prior to joining Verani Realty, Nicole worked in direct sales along with 14 years as a dental assistant. When it was time to choose an agency of her own, Nicole was confident in her choice to go with Verani. She knew first hand that they stand true to their reputation of being the best in the area. Also, the fun environment and customer oriented approach was extremely inviting along with the valuable training for new agents.

Outside of work, Nicole describes herself as an “outdoors woman.” Some of her favorite activities include fishing, camping, horseback riding, and target practice. She enjoys new adventures and being consumed in nature, seeing the best of what New England has to offer. She also much appreciates the being in the company of her family and animals. Since building her reputation and earning referrals is so important to Nicole, creating and sustaining relationships is of great value to her.

Bethany entered into the real estate industry after realizing the large corporate work place wasn’t for her. With an entrepreneurial spirit, she liked the idea that her success depended solely on her efforts. Becoming a Realtor® was the perfect situation for her because of her interest in land and houses along with the independent environment and flexible hours.

In Bethany’s community, Verani has long held an excellent reputation. In addition to real estate, Bethany is a mentor at Holistic Ferret forums where she helps owners improve the quality of their ferrets’ lives through dietary changes. Kyle was an HVAC service technician for some time before deciding to join the Verani team. After years of hard work in the industry Kyle decided it was time to make a switch and his attention turned towards the world of real estate as he looked to become an agent.

After looking at several different options, Kyle chose to be an agent at Verani Realty. He felt that Verani’s training techniques and opportunities would put him in the best position possible to become a successful agent. Kyle hopes to build his skills at Verani and intends to work hard to be successful. He is most interested in investment properties and hopes to specialize in that area.

Kyle currently lives in Salem and is familiar with its community, growing fond of the city. Kyle is a true outdoorsman and enjoys many different activities. Some of his favorite things to do include skiing, snowboarding, or anything else that has to do with just being outside. Kaitlin has been involved with the real estate industry for the past 8 years, as an agent and working for seacoast real estate law firms and corporate title attorneys. During this time, she studied real estate law while developing a valuable skill set. Her background has familiarized her with legal processes relative to financial hardships and mortgages, which is useful when dealing with short sales.

Kaitlin was drawn to Verani Realty because of the marketing and database programs available to the agents. Compared to other programs she’s seen and used, Verani’s “truly blows the competition out of the water!” The tools are user-friendly, making it easier for Kaitlin to effectively implement her marketing strategies. In addition to short sales, she specializes in lakefront properties.

In the future, Kaitlin plans on completing a Juris Doctor degree in real estate law so she can advance in her career. She is also determined to finish her yoga teacher certification. With a love for the seacoast, she dreams of holding classes right on the beach. Kaitlin is a hardworking individual who is motivated to reach her goals at a personal and professional level.
